榴莲煎饼
材料1
糖 : 85g
蛋 : 120g
鲜奶 / 椰浆 : 365g
材料2
自发面粉 : 150g
材料3
榴莲肉: 125g (搅成泥)
1) 将材料1搅至糖溶
2) 加入自发面粉拌均
3) 加入榴莲泥拌均
4) 过沥, 放置½小时
5) 以小火烧热不黏底的平底锅 (不用油)
6) 倒入1汤匙面糊, 煎至起洞洞时, 翻面再煎约1 – 2 分钟
Durian Pancake
Ingredients A
Sugar : 85g
Egg : 120g
Milk / Coconut milk : 365g
Ingredients B
Self Raising Flour : 150g
Ingredients C
Durian Flesh: 125g (Blend to paste)
Method:
1) Mixed Ingredients A together till sugar dissolve
2) Fold in self raising flour
3) Add blended durian flesh and mix well
4) Strain, leave to rest for ½ an hour
5) Heat up a non stick flat bottom skillet over low flame (no oil needed)
6) Pour about 1 tbsp of batter into skillet, fry till top bubbles, flip over and fry the other side for another 1 – 2 min
